Participation in Online Educational Programs
As part of the provision of online educational programs, GATE GROUP (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) enables consumers to purchase each available program using a credit, debit, or prepaid card, or by making a deposit into the Company’s bank account.
As the educational seminars are provided exclusively in electronic form, the issue of non-delivery or defects in the service does not arise.
However, if, after purchasing the educational program, the consumer is unable to attend it due to circumstances attributable to the Company, the Company undertakes to provide timely notice that the program will not take place and to refund the payment within ten (10) business days.
If the customer wishes to withdraw from or cancel their participation up to four (4) days before the program takes place, the Company will refund the payment within ten (10) business days. If the consumer cancels less than four (4) days before the program, no refund will be provided by the Company, as the payment covers materials created for the consumer at the Company’s expense (e.g. a personalized certificate of attendance).
Prohibited Activities
The programs are provided exclusively to the individual who has paid the participation fee. Each participation payment covers one individual. Participants are not permitted to manage, reproduce, record, or distribute the materials provided in any seminar for professional use or for use by third parties.
Each participant agrees not to use a false email address, falsely represent another person or entity, make false or inaccurate statements, or otherwise misrepresent their relationship with another person or entity.
