Participation in Online Educational Programs
GATE GROUP (hereinafter “the Company”) provides consumers with the ability to purchase any offered online educational program using a credit, debit, prepaid card, or via bank transfer to the Company’s account.
As the educational seminars are delivered exclusively online, issues of non-receipt or defectiveness of the service do not arise.
However, if the consumer—after purchasing the program—is unable to attend the seminar due to the Company’s fault, the Company is obliged to inform them in time about the cancellation and refund the payment within ten (10) working days.
In the event of withdrawal or cancellation by the customer up to four (4) days before the seminar, the Company will issue a refund within ten (10) working days. If cancellation occurs less than four (4) days before the seminar, no refund is provided, as the expenses concern materials already prepared for the customer (e.g., personalized certificate of attendance).
Prohibited Actions
Programs are provided exclusively to the individual who has paid the participation fee. Each payment corresponds to one natural person. No participant is permitted to manage, reproduce, record, or distribute the provided seminar material for professional use or for third parties.
Each participant agrees not to use a false email address, not to impersonate any person or entity, nor falsely represent their relationship with any person or entity.
Payment Security
